Based in the Scottish Borders, where we traditionally farm and breed our free range outdoor reared
pigs and hill lambs, finished to our own unique specification.
We also supply Aberdeen Angus beef and organic chickens sourced
from local neighbouring farms. All of these meats can be served spit roasted or supplied as quality raw
meat.

Our Spit Roast Chef
and assistants can offer the roasts either plated with a sumptuous selection of salads/vegetables or for a more informal event,
presented in a ciabatta roll with wild rocket leaves and a selection of relishes to compliment the roast to individual tastes.
